Before His Live Performance Of This Song Conan Explains "The Thing About Mean People Is You Kinda Always Have Them For Your Whole Entire Life. And You Know In The Moment They Seem So Gigantic And They Seem Like They Can Kill You On The Spot You Know They’re So Big And So Powerful.
