Frogtoon Musique - Informations sur la chanson: Disaster

“Disaster” Is The Third Track On Conan Gray’s Sophomore Studio Album "Superache". The Song Represents The Mental Spiral One Goes Through When Contemplating Confessing Their Feelings For Someone. This Track Is One Out Of The Four Songs From The Album That Were Made In Collaboration With Singer-Songwriter Julia Michaels. Gray And Michaels Click Together Beautifully With Him Telling Paper Magazine That Their Synergy Was “instantaneous” And He Felt Like They Were A “perfect Match.” To Get To That Point However Gray Had To Allow Himself To Be Totally Open. Michaels Explained This To Paper Magazine Saying "We Even Had A Conversation About Vulnerability In Our First Writing Session And How That Was Difficult For You Conan To Do Right Off The Bat. After That We Took A Deep Breath And Started Doing ‘Telepath’ And ‘Disaster.’" "‘Disaster’ Sounds A Little Different From The Rest Of The Album. I Wanted The Song To Sound Like Overthinking Where You’re Racing Through All These Moments In Your Life With Someone And Trying To Decipher Whether Or Not They Like You And Whether You Should Tell Them That You Have Feelings For Them. So I Wanted The Song To Be Really Fast And To Have Hard Synths And Drums And This Really Quick Dialogue." — Via Apple Music "That Song Is Just About That Moment Where You Really Wanna Tell Someone That You Have Feelings For Them But You’re Like “But What If They Don’t Like Me? Of Course They Don’t Like Me. I’m Atrocious.” I’m Like “there’s So Many Factors. Like What If You Don’t Like Me And Then We Never Talk Again Because It’s Super Awkward.” It’s Just All About The Like Overthinking Of That Kinda Crucial Moment When You Want To Tell Someone That You Like Them. But If You’re Anything Like Me Who Are Observers But Oftentimes Not Participators You Just Smile And Say Nothing. I Just Feel Like I Make Music For People Who Are Like Me." - From Elle Interview And Song Association.
